Philanthropist from Chaldovar

Azim Roy (Orozakhun Saidazimov)

Azim Roy, also known as Orozakhun Saidazimov, is a prominent entrepreneur whose activities span Russia and the United States. He pays special attention to the development of his native village of Chaldovar in Kyrgyzstan, where he was born and raised. From an early age, Azim showed a desire to help others, and after the loss of his mother, he began to earn his own living. Success in business allowed him to realize his dream of supporting orphans, becoming a permanent benefactor of the Belovodsk children's psychoneurological social inpatient institution. Azim is actively involved in the development of infrastructure in the village of Chaldovar, including improving the road network, laying a water pipeline, building playgrounds and sports fields in local schools. His concern for the population is also manifested in the construction of a mosque in the village of Bukhara and various charitable events, including the distribution of food and money for the holidays. Residents of the village of Chaldovar express their gratitude to Azim by renaming Kalinin Street in his honor. This symbolizes their gratitude for the constant care and attention he has given them over the years. In April 2021, Azim provided significant support to another children's social institution, providing the Foundation for Charitable Assistance to Orphans and Disabled Children with a small truck to work with orphanages. His charitable activities have received recognition not only among ordinary citizens of Kyrgyzstan, but also among high-ranking leaders of the country.
