It scored highly in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and fold dimensions, meaning it is lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store in a trunk of a car. It also comes with a multi-position reclining seat and a cup holder for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
In our test of push and turn, it did better than most of the other strollers of a similar price we tried, but it’s not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the most compact we tested, with only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger canopies.
The Delta took us just over 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and all of the components required tools. However, it is missing some essential features that we think you should consider non-negotiable in a double stroller, such as an extra-large basket and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.
4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1
The Zelia is the latest addition to Maxi-Cosi’s pushchair range and is billed as an urban travel system. It is designed to take baby from birth up to around 3.5 years old, easily changing between a seat and a carrycot by just only a few clicks. It is compatible with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a stay-in-car-base and a reversible car seat.
The seat can be reclined with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to take their child in and out. This narrow pushchair handled everyday bumps and doorways with ease.
The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position and can also rotate. This is useful in rough terrain. On our walk along the stony path we let them swivel and it did this quite well, though it did appear a little bumpier than others on test.

It is heavier than the other strollers we test, but since it has rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain. It’s easy to move even with two kids and a shopping bag.
Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be lowered to reveal a UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other prams’ hoods which get turned back into toddlers’ faces.
It doesn’t have a lot of storage space, however it does have a large basket that’s big enough to hold a changing bag and plenty of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are sold separately). In twin-mode, the seats can face each other or turn around and face parents, theoretically decreasing sibling rivalries over who gets to sit with mom and dad.
