Has anyone challenged their legal fees and been successful? Mine were over $650,000 ( not including the $50k in interest I had to pay my litigation funder). I was quoted a maximum of $150,000, so the amount I’ve had to pay obviously far exceeds that. Can anyone shed any light on the process or offer any personal experiences?
